Sense of place

We were fortunate to work with this client from beginning to end, even before the property was purchased. Working with the local city regarding what was feasible as the project backs up to natural open space, we determined some initial site challenges and opportunities that greatly influenced the final design. From there, we explored options through standard drawings and 3D renders to understand possible solutions. 

We helped the client select the right contractor for the job, working with the team through the construction process and finalizing materials and colors while remaining true to the original vision of the design. The result is a sense of place that feels distinct and reflective of our client and the site.
